Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place your Oodie back into its original vacuum-sealed bag or a similar protective mailing bag to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
